On top of the Species Level Classification project, I led the effort to use the dataset alongside mass labels of over 25,000 samples to begin train a Biomass estimation model. I also reviewed new literature and conducted experiments on new concepts to bring new ideas to the BIOSCAN commitee. I've thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to work on such an impactful project!
